Job Description
We are looking for a Senior/Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our early-stage team. In this role, you would be in charge of the development of our application, including the backend services, databases, cloud hosting, and product APIs. As an early member, you would have a large influence on the development of our product and the core technology of our platform, and a significant say in the direction our firm takes.
Qualifications
This role would require taking ownership of a significant part of our product. Experience building and leading full-stack enterprise services is essential. 5-10 years of experience would be preferred.
Strong academic record (9+ on scale of 10) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or Electrical Engineering from a top-tier institute, such as the IITs.
Technical skills
Strong programming and project design skills in Rust or a similar language.
Experience with most parts of the modern backend development stack - network and security protocols (eg. HTTP REST, WebSockets, encryption methods), databases (eg. PostgreSQL, Qdrant, Redis), cloud platforms (eg. AWS, GCP).
Basic knowledge of front-end development using frameworks such as NextJS and Electron.
(Bonus) Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
(Bonus) Experience with Fast Health Interoperable Resources (FHIR).
(Bonus) Experience with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Compensation
₹25L in cash + ₹25L in equity per year (may vary based on experience and skills).
On joining, four years of equity will be allocated and paid with a four-year vesting schedule.
