Appointments
View and keep track of your consultations with care providers.
Open Appointments
Click Appointments in the top navigation or mobile bottom bar. You'll see your upcoming and past consultations listed chronologically.
Understanding appointment details
Each appointment shows the provider's name, the scheduled date and time, and any context notes the provider added when booking. Completed appointments are marked with a status indicator.
Walk-in appointments are also shown in your list, usually added by the provider at the time of your visit.
Booking & confirming
Appointments are scheduled by your care provider. If you need to book a consultation, contact your provider directly or use the AI Health Concierge to help you prepare your questions before reaching out.
Some clinics collect the consultation fee online. When yours does, the appointment shows a Pay to confirm button — paying authorises the fee and confirms your slot. The clinic only charges you at the visit and may reduce or waive the fee. The clinic (not Mercurie) is the merchant of record, so any refund or payment question goes to them directly.
Reminders by SMS
If your phone number is verified, you'll get a text message when an appointment is confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled, plus a reminder about a day before the visit. Everything is also always visible here on your Appointments page.
After your appointment
After a consultation your provider may upload a prescription or clinical note to your records. Check your Records page for any new documents shared with you.
Prescriptions appear in your Records under the "Provider Shared" section as soon as the provider saves them.
