What your credits get you

1 credit = ₹1 of AI. You only pay for the actual length of each request, so these are typical costs — e.g. ₹50 of credits is roughly 100+ concierge questions, or about 20 scanned document pages.

Typical-length estimates in INR before 18% GST; longer requests cost a little more. Your balance is spent only as you use AI.

One balance for the whole family. Credits work for you or anyone you care for — children, elders and other dependents. A family member's own credits are used first; after that, usage draws from the family payer's pool, so you can fund care for everyone from one place.

Prices track our underlying costs. Our AI, telephony and messaging costs are passed through transparently. If a vendor changes their rates we may revise ours accordingly — we'll always publish the change here first. See Fees & Price Changes in our Terms.
