Getting Started
Create your account, set up your profile, and get your personal Health ID.
Sign in
Go to mercurie.ai and click Sign In. Select the Patient portal, then choose how to sign in:
- Phone OTP (recommended for India) — enter your mobile number and we send a 6-digit code over SMS. Works without an email address.
- Email magic link — enter your email and click the link we send. No password.
- Continue with Google — one-click sign-in via your Google account.
Signing in registers a patient account. If you're a clinician, you can apply for provider access from Account → Profile ("Are you a healthcare provider?") — that sets up a separate, linked clinician account you switch into; your patient and clinician records stay separate.
If you already have a patient account you'll be signed in automatically — no separate registration step needed. We never ask for a password unless you've set one explicitly.
Complete your profile
Go to Account → Profile. Fill in your name, date of birth, gender, country, and phone number. This information is used by providers when they view your chart.
Secure your account. Your health records are sensitive, so add two-factor authentication from Account → Profile. Even better, register a passkey there — sign in with Face ID, a fingerprint, or your device PIN instead of a code. It's quicker and more secure.
Find your Health ID
Your Health ID (starts with H-) is shown on your profile page. Share it with a provider so they can register you as their patient.
Each Health ID is unique and permanent. It lets providers connect with you without needing your email address.
Connect with a provider
To connect with a provider, either scan their QR code or visit their short profile link (e.g. /id/HP-xxx). You can also give your Health ID to your provider directly and they will register you from their end.
Once connected, the provider can view your shared records, book appointments, and generate prescriptions.
You're all set
From the patient portal you can manage your health records, view upcoming appointments, and use the AI Health Concierge. Use the top navigation or the bottom bar on mobile to move between sections.
